Niels Viggo Hansen,
Ph.D., philosopher and physicist,, leader of Center for Research in
Existence and Society at the University of Copenhagen. Practitioner and
teacher of meditation in several contexts for about 40
years. "Decades ago, some of my teachers started experimenting
with new ways of integrating body and dynamic movement in
meditative processes. Our new CD with dancing meditations was shaped,
composed and spoken with essential inspiration from them - but
also from the great people who participated in the Delta
groups in our research project." |

Teamwork:
Mindfulness Moving is a brancing network project. It has a visible
nexus in a couple of published CD's and workshops described in
these web pages. But behind this lies inspirations and contributions
from many people.
Through workshops, research, music and a growing range of
applications of the methods in Delta lifestyle groups and elsewhere,
more people are joining this open teamwork - dedicated to
mindfulness in movement.
In
the spring of 2015 we held the first of a series of "inner circle
workshops". We develop an active "contemplative team" to create more
workshops, try out new professional applications, do more research,
create more supportive music and images, and whatever else we
opportunities we can find, of furthering processes of Moving
Meditation. We see this - with a smile on our lips - as a historical
and cosmic calling. If you feel called as well, please get in touch. Oh
yes, of course we are also presently writing The Book on Moving
Meditation.

Maria Rose Tabermann,
teacher ("Ritual dance and narrative", Vestjyllands Højskole)
psycho-motoric coach, tango dancer, yoga teacher. It is very much
Maria's idea that Mindfulness Moving should not stop at the CD's but
further pursue the exploration and development of mindfulness in
movement. Along with
Niels Viggo she teaches project's workshops and open evenings. |

The Delta Project's development team: Per
Brændgaard , nutrition expert and lifestyle coach, Eve
Lorenzen, teacher of mindfulness instructors, Søren la Cour, research
coordinator, have
all been important partners in the development and testing of the
three dancing neditations in the framework of the
Delta program.
Musicians
The band Surrender
Cowboys
have contributed musical spice to the Three
Dancing Meditations CD. Through many years this band has carefully cultivated a style of
"meditation concerts" where musicians and audience enter a common
intuitive and improvising process. Surrender Cowboys will also participate creatively in the workshop at Helgenæs, spring 2013.
