Moving Meditation spring retreat, Gomde Denmark Seminar folder coming On the Moving Meditation seminars Meditation and bodily movement can enrich and enhance each other. In recent decades, several schools have developed interesting forms of meditative movement. It is still a creative field - there are great unused potentials for personal development, therapy and teaching methods. We develop and train a range of methods that are already established, and we involve musical, philosphical and group dynamic resources to let new forms emerge in the nourishing collective fields that arise with our great seminar participants. This gives a unique format to the seminars: a combination of meditation retreats with silent meditation periods, professional trainings where you actively communicate movement meditation methods and receive feedback, solid dancing meditation sessions so your body gets nicely worked through, and sessions of philosophical exploration of body, spirit, self and movement. Practicalities are organized to give good support to this process: good sound, beautiful surroundings, good food. The seminars are recommended particularly for professionals who work with others: mindfulness teachers, therapists, teachers - and also musicians, actors, team leaders as well as people with a dedicated individual practice in bodywork and meditation. |
