Mary’s Heart represents the opening and embracing aspects of existence, reaching beyond any particular religion or view. This brief contemplation can be used by anyone, at any time, to dedicate a moment to fostering the heartfulness that we all share, which quietly, from beneath, transcends and conquers everything.
The meditation was originally created as a welcoming gift for the inauguration of the “Maria Heart Monastery” at Sostrup, which was once a Catholic nunnery but is now a conference and cultural center without ties to Catholicism or any other faith, yet still resonating with Mary’s Heart.
